Do you need access to tenants’ homes?
Not for roof and façade surveys, which are carried out from outside. Internal thermal surveys need access, but visits are short and we can work around residents.
Can you survey our whole stock?
Yes. We survey several properties a day using the same method at every home, and deliver everything through one portal organised by estate and property.
Can you help us respond to Awaab’s Law?
Our thermal surveys help you find the cause of damp and mould quickly, with a clear, dated record of what was found to support your response.
Do you provide condition ratings?
We can add red, amber and green ratings for each element, or supply imagery for your own surveyors to assess.
