How quickly will you reply?
During office hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00) we usually reply the same day, and fixed-fee quotes are usually sent within 2 hours. Messages sent outside office hours are answered the next working day.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The address or postcode, what you need surveyed (for example a roof, façade or whole site), the outputs you need, any deadline, and anything we should know about access. A rough idea is fine; we’ll ask if we need more.
